Terms of Trading

Your agreement BY ORDERING YOU ARE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS

Customers Obligation
1/ The customer is responsible for choosing the Product and the suitability for any particular purpose. We do not warrant the computer or software to be fit for any purpose.

Price
1/ All our offers are by their nature time and quantity limited, and our sources of supply vary in price. Once the batch is exhausted we
cannot guarantee to get future supply, or supply the same goods at the same price – so all prices are quoted on a best endeavours basis, and cannot be guaranteed.

2/ Prices exclude delivery and VAT unless otherwise stated.

3/ All advertised prices related to internet orders using a specific coupon code. Unless you retain the coupon code and enter it the price will not be that advertised.

4/ In order to achieve such low prices we have to automated orders. For that reason all prices refer only to orders placed over the web.

5/ We may be unable to match these prices at the premises.

Payment1/ Payment must be cleared in our account before goods will be dispatched.

Delivery
1/ Any delivery date stated is only a estimation and although we will use reasonable endeavours to effect delivery by that date. No liability will be accepted for failure to meet a stated delivery date.

2/ Our standard delivery service is Post Office First Class Signed for delivery and all of their terms apply.

3/ Products supplied by crazypricelaptops are delivered at the risk of crazypricelaptops. If a parcel is delivered damaged then it must be signed for as ‘Damaged’. Customers must inspect the goods immediately following delivery and contact us within 24 hours to notify of damage caused in transit or lost or missing items.
If we do not hear from you within 48 hours you are deemed to agree that the order is complete and undamaged.

Claims
1/ All claims are limited to the price of the order only

2/ Goods are not warranted to be fit for any purpose

3/ No contingent liabilites will be accepted including but not limited to losses or costs associated with
loss or corruption of data, or any malfunction of software.

Reconditioning.

1/ Reconditioned laptops may have minor cosmetic marks and scratches to the outer casing or screens may show pressure marks or have a few dead pixels please be aware of this before ordering.

1/ All batteries supplied with laptops are consumables and not guaranteed to hold a charge and refunds will not be given for battery faults.

2/ By ordering a reconditioned laptop you are deemed to accept those terms.

Returns & hardware warranty
1/ In the unlikely event that the laptop hardware is found to be faulty ( note batteries are dealt with explicitly in the clause above), please notify our customer service as soon as possible. The goods may need to be returned to us to be examined if necessary to determine the cause of the fault. Provided that the goods have been used in a manner consistent with the manufacturer’s instructions and that the fault has not occurred due to the consumer’s misuse of the goods, We will offer to either repair, replace or refund the faulty item and refund your initial delivery charge as long as you are within 30 days of your item being shipped.

2/ The cost of returning the laptop outside that period are at the customers cost.

3/ The only thing we warrant is operation of hardware

4/ For avoidance of doubt software malfunction, data recovery, restoration after viruses, reloading of operating systems or tidying up in order to improve performance
lie outside the scope of our warranty

5/ Any claim for damage or loss must be followed up in writing within 7 days of the delivery date. No claim for loss or damage due to delivery will be allowed if the Customer claims outside the above time limit. Your statutory rights are not affected. More infomation on our delivery policy here

6/ Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

7/ When you send goods to us it is at your risk, so we suggest you use an insured and tracked service.

8/ Warranty claims can only be met if the seals we place are unbroken and in place.

9/ Should a valid warranty repair be made, we will either repair or replace (if economic, and we have a replacement) or give moneyback if you wish. Please
make your wishes known at the time of retuns.

Repair costs

1/ Should equipment be returned outside the scope of the warranty we will contact you before
undertaking any cost without agreement.

2/ Should we undertake work by agreement, we will hold the computer as a lien until such time
as repair bills are paid.

Cooling Off

1/ To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period stated in European law, please contact us in writing before returning your items for a returns authorisation code. Goods returned without prior authorisation from ourselves will NOT be accepted and returned to sender.

2/ Please package all the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you, we cannot issue a refund if we do not receive back all the items from your order

3/ Upon cancellation As soon as we recieve the goods in the same condition sent, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item less the postage charges or additional services within 5 working days.

Restocking fee

1/ Any returns except under cooling off or hardware malfunction will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
